POSITION: The Marketing Manager is responsible to support business growth by developing an annual marketing plan that supports the overall business objectives and leverages communication and marketing activities via print, email, website, social media, PR and live events. The Marketing Manager works closely with vendor partners to promote and leverage relevant IT solutions and manage vendor co-op marketing opportunities. The Marketing Manager’s efforts will be focused on owning efforts both on-line and offline to generate leads, using creative marketing techniques such as, print, email campaigns, online email list development, webinars and live events for both clients and prospects. In order to succeed in the position, the Marketing Manager should have a working knowledge of the applicable vendor IT capabilities and solutions as well as an overall understanding of the latest IT trends and technology developments. This position reports to the CEO and other designated management personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and proactively monitor and track all marketing events, activities and milestones and track results to measure performance, effectiveness and ROI.
Develop a comprehensive annual Marketing Plan and Marketing Budget to support sales efforts and business objectives.
Develop a strong lead-generation program via online and event marketing efforts to generate high quality new business leads
Manage and maximize all vendor Co-Op and MDF funds
Help develop and manage company sponsored events for maximum attendance including: hosting, planning, content, email invitations, follow-up
Manage all industry award opportunities and application processes from discovery to press release efforts
Manage content marketing for the IMPEX web-site, social media marketing, unique email campaigns, promotional materials and videos, based on the current brand guidelines and key messaging.
Oversee all company PR efforts, coordinate work with outside copy writers, and promote latest news and awards for the company via all relevant PR channels
Maintain company’s prospect and client lists in applicable CRM tools
Develop marketing metrics to track progress of marketing activities and measure ROI when appropriate

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Strong marketing acumen, analysis and reporting skills,
Self-motivated, organized, and strong communications skills.
Very comfortable making positive contributions in a dynamic, fast-growth atmosphere with a rapidly expanding client base;
Adept at working in and managing marketing and communications projects within a team environment;

Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies and plans

POSITION: The Client Solutions Director helps company to grow its business by providing proactive pre and post sales technical management support to the engineering team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pro actively manage and participate in pre and post sales technical team activities to consistent, documented and reported company goals.
Serve as the escalation point for clients and team to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Proactively participate, as technical lead, in company presentations to clients, vendors and employees

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
Current and ongoing knowledge of and a proven track record of presenting and clearly articulating the latest enterprise technologies, including, but not limited to: VMWare, End-User Computing, Private & Hybrid Cloud, Networked Storage, Converged Infrastructure, Data Center, Application platforms.

Appointment Setting- Cold calling prospects with the goal of setting an appointment for a formal sales presentation. Solicit, develop, and maintain long-term and productive relationships with IT staff to meet and/or exceed assigned goals. Position requires exceptional phone voice and must also have good written communication skills. Candidate should be very detail oriented to ensure the proper tracking of potential prospects. Candidate must be capable of learning new products and programs rapidly. Must be proficient in communicating these changes to others. Exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational and follow-up skills are necessary.



The IMPEX team has several opening for Pre-Sales Systems Engineers with expertise and experience in solutions including any of the following domains: enterprise storage (a focus on EMC SAN technologies), networking (Cisco), Virtualization (VMware) and an understanding of cloud computing technologies. Our pre-sales systems engineers provide support to our inside and outside sales professionals in a wide range of responsibilities. This starts with strong communications ability to present these solutions to our customers, engage with the customer in technical discussions and Q&A, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Candidates with good interpersonal skills, comfort in speaking, presentation and writing skills are required, as well as an ability to multi-task and do highly detailed work in a time sensitive environment. 4-5+ years of experience is desirable, but qualified recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. A Bachelors Degree in a technical domain such as computer science, mathematics or engineering is required, and applicants with vendor certifications are preferred, and will be expected to be study and pass vendor certifications on an annual basis.

We are hiring strong Implementation (Post-Sales) Engineers to implement our solutions on-site for customers. This critical technical role will require hands-on experience with our solution areas including enterprise storage (EMC SAN focus), networking (Cisco), Virtualization (VMware) or related cloud computing technologies. Implementation Engineers will spend time in customer facilities and data centers, interacting directly with customer IT personnel. Good interpersonal and communications skills are required, as well an ability to work in a time sensitive environment. 6-7+ years of experience is desirable, and preference is given to candidates with experience with the vendor products mentioned above. A Bachelors Degree in a technical domain such as computer science, mathematics or engineering is required, and applicants with vendor certifications are preferred.

The Solutions Architect is the premier technology role among a world-class IMPEX technical team. The Solutions Architect provides leadership in consultations with our customers including solutions design, vendor selection, implementation architecture, and overall responsibility for the success of the solution. Expertise in a range of our solution areas including enterprise storage (EMC), networking (Cisco), virtualization (VMware) and knowledge of cloud computing technologies is expected. The solutions architect should bring real-world project implementation or product development expertise to IMPEX, and be ready to lead solutions for our key IMPEX customers. 7-8+ years of industry experience, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical domain such as Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering is required, as well as industry/vendor certifications.

The IMPEX project manager role is the key enabler and facilitator of our customer projects. We value experience individuals with a strong focus on details, meticulous writing and impeccable communication skills, and an ability to lead team members through the phases of complex implementation projects. This role will emphasize your management of project phases and milestones including schedule building and management, understanding the people and IT resources required, and interacting with IMPEX senior management and customer personnel with an unrelenting goal of project success and customer satisfaction. 5-6+ years of experience, including project management experience in a solutions provider, IT organization or vendor is desired. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and project management certifications will be given preference.

The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for working with the account management team to help build IMPEX sales pipeline and achieving our revenue and profit goals. The ISM works with IMPEX marketing members on lead qualification, and facilitates meetings, presentations and demos to customers with the Account Managers and Pre-Sales Systems Engineers. The ISM will interact on a daily basis with IMPEX customers and other team members, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. This is a fantastic role for enthusiastic sales professionals to work in a technology sales environment, and work with leading sales professionals to build and close on their sales pipeline. 3-4+ years of experience in inside sales is desired although recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. A Bachelors degree is desired.

The Account Executive Los Angeles (LA) is a key IMPEX team member responsible for achieving revenue and margin goals aligning with IMPEX corporate revenue goals. The Account Executive will manage strategic accounts in one of IMPEX main territories, and is responsible for engaging with both existing customers and new prospective customers for solution sales in any of our solutions domains: enterprise storage, networking, virtualization, security and cloud computing. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are required to work with customers and our solutions partners. The Account Manager orchestrates the IMPEX team including Inside Sales, Pre-Sales Systems Engineers, Solutions Architects and Implementation Engineers to focus our resources to achieve and exceed revenue goals. 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with experience in Solutions Providers or technology vendors is preferred, with a track record of quota achievement. A Bachelors Degree is required.
